A reservation is confirmed once full payment has been received via our secure checkout, processed by Stripe. Rates are quoted in US dollars and include the accommodation, cleaning fee, and any applicable extra-guest charges shown at checkout. Reservations are subject to a minimum stay, shown in the calendar at the time of booking, and guest numbers may not exceed the maximum occupancy of 9. Cancelling 60 or more days before check-in gives a full refund; 14–59 days before gives a 50% refund; within 14 days of check-in, the booking is non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. To cancel or reschedule, contact us at info@villabella.do.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM via self check-in, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Smoking and pets are not permitted anywhere on the property. Please be respectful of neighbors within the Estrella Dominicus complex.

Guests use the pool, terrace, and all amenities at their own risk. Villa Bella is not liable for injury, loss, or damage to personal property arising from your stay, except where caused by our negligence. In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disaster or government restrictions, we'll work with you on rescheduling or a refund rather than strictly holding to the cancellation terms above.

We collect the name, email address, and phone number provided at checkout to confirm and manage your reservation, and to contact you about your stay. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Reservation details are shared with our property management system (Hostify) to coordinate check-in and housekeeping. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site; it collects anonymized usage data, not anything you enter into the booking form.

We keep booking records only as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes, and don't sell or share your information with third parties for marketing. You can ask us what data we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@villabella.do.
